The ICORE Rule Book is deliberately minimal with the intent that revolver shooters are inherently reasonable and fair-minded individuals. Occasionally, the rule book does need some modifications or amplification to ensure a uniform interpretation and application of the rules. In keeping with the principles of ICORE, any member may submit a rule change proposal for consideration.
